8.6 Heatbeat Monitoring (requires activiation code)
Without activation code these registers read back with the value 0.
The Heartbeat Monitoring registers are mapped to deliver additional status information about the sensor
in addition to the parameters available in the standard registers. For each sensor channel and sensor type
a register block is defined, which can be read with one Modbus request.
Each register block has a length of 200 registers. The following table contains that start register of each
block depending on sensor channel and sensor type.
The subsequent chapters contain the offset to add to the start register to read a specific parameter for a
given sensor type.
8.6.1 Sensor pH (Input, FC: 04)
Current sensor-diagnosis : time of diagnosis apperance
Manufacturing date of the sensor
Initial-operation date of sensor
Date of the last successful calibration of the sensor
Difference of slope between current and last calibration
Difference of zero point between current and last calibration
Min. measured temperature value
Max. measured temperature value
Operating hours of connected sensor
Operating time <-300mV (pH)
Operating time >300mV (pH)
Number of sterilisation cycles
Number of clean in place cycles
Current sensor-diagnosis : diagnosis code
Current sensor-diagnosis : status according to NAMUR NE107
Selected sensor type. The selected type has to match with the connected
sensor type.
