Section 6: Desuperheater Installation
⚠ WARNING ⚠
To avoid serious injury, it is recommended that
an anti-scald mixing valve is installed on the hot
water supply line into the home. Even though hot
water hot water tank temperatures could appear
to be set at lower levels, high temperature
water from the desuperhater could raise tank
temperatures.
