    • M
      morganamyAug 10, 2025
If you experience low hot water temperature with your Enertech Heat Pump, it may be due to large hot water consumption. In this case, wait until the hot water has heated up. Also, check whether alarm “high condenser out” (162) is displayed, and if so, inspect and clean the strainer.

If your Enertech Heat Pump is producing low room temperature during heating, it could be due to several reasons. First, check if thermostats are off in several rooms and set them to max in as many rooms as possible. Also, check whether alarm “high condenser in” (163) or “high condenser out” (162) are displayed. If so, follow the instructions for adjusting flow rate.
