Adds label/black mark paper feeding to the command buffer. (Supported in firmware Ver.2.1 and later)

FEED_PEELING Feeds to the peeling position.
FEED_CUTTING Feeds to the cutting position.
FEED_CURRENT_TOF Feeds to the top of the current label.
FEED_NEXT_TOF Feeds to the top of the next label.
