To change the column width:
• Tap on the line between two column titles and drag the line to change the
width.
Tip! You can set the column widths exactly by selecting Preferences on the
Too ls menu. Then enter the width of each column in the number of characters.
To change the sort order:
• Tap on the column title to reverse the sort order for the list.
Tip! You can also set the sort order, using the Sort command on the Tools
menu.
The Message program has a number of options for changing the way
information is displayed in order to increase the amount of space on the
screen:
To show and hide the toolbar:
• On the View menu, select Show toolbar.
Note! The toolbar buttons change, depending on which folder is open, or if
you are writing or reading a message.
To show and hide the title bar:
• On the View menu, select Show title bar.
To show, move or hide the folder list:
• On the View menu, select Show list of folders.
