Chapter 2: Setup
• For 220 - 240V Connection: Use an international harmonized, 300V rated,
PVC insulated jacket, three conductors of 0.75mm

minimum cross-sectional
area, each with a molded-on plug cap marked with proper agency marking for
the country where it will be used.
FARO Gage Battery Pack
Your Gage may be powered using the optional battery pack. Install the battery
pack to use your Gage when you are not near a power outlet.

OTE: It is not necessary to install the battery pack if the Gage is connected to
a power outlet.
Installing the Battery Pack
Slide the battery pack in and down until it clicks.
