FAULTS AND REMEDY

The flap has been opened during the suction period of the loading process with a vacuum loader.
There is a leak in the suction line. Check the suction line and repair the leak
The flap in the vacuum loader is defective. Check the flap and repair or replace it.
The atmospheric dew point of the compressed air supply is too high.
No dew point sensor installed and dew point
measuring is activated.
Deactivate dew point measuring (see
SYSTEMS MANUAL CARD G FIT) or install
dew point sensor.
The compressed air dew point is too high. Check the compressed air supply source and
the operation of the refrigeration dryer at the
mains (the pressure dew point at 7bars
[102PSI] must not be higher than 5°C [41°F]).
The alarm set value is set too low. Reset the alarm set point (see SYSTEMS
MANUAL CARD G FIT).
The dew point sensor is defective. Check the wiring between the sensor and
the FIT-controller. Replace the sensor if
needed.
The drying process was unintentionally switched off because of power outage.
Voltage monitoring is activated. Deactivate this function if so desired (see
SYSTEMS MANUAL CARD G FIT).
Electrical power supply outage. Check the reason for power outage. Make
sure that sufficient drying time elapses
before using material.
