Removing intermediate flange
Unscrew and renove dispstick guide tube and
undo oil fliter cap.
Place a jack, unscrew and remove screws (1)

Insert 2 (M8x60) screws (arrowed) and carefully
separate oil pan and intermediate flange.
Clean flange.
Remove all gasket residue from flange and
crankcase.

Refitting the intermediate flange
Coat flange sealing surface with sealant Terostat

Using a jack, slowly raise the flange to the
crankcase and insert screws.

Tighten screws at the specified torque.
Refit oil pan and oil intake line.
Screw on the flange.
