Please provide the product serial number which can be found on the
barcode at the back of the printer when contacting customer support.
Changing different filaments may leave minor impurities in the nozzle,
leading to clogs. As this can be solved by just unclogging it, it's not
owing to a quality issue. If you encounter this problem during use,
please contact customer support and follow their guidance for
unclogging.
