Discovery, Discovery LXE, Pace Arrow, and
BED - AIR MATTRESS
The air mattress uses air
chambers to provide an adjustable
support cushion for comfort and
rmness. The mattress uses two
remote controls to obtain the
desired comfort level for each side
of the mattress
To Operate the Air
Mattress:
The air mattress requires 120
Volt AC power. Hook to shore
power or start the generator.
Ensure the battery cutoff switch is
on.
Remote Control Features:
The remote control uses a screen
to indicate soft to rm settings
measured in pressure. Each press
of Up or Down increases or
decreases the mattress level one
setting. Positive (+) indicates
the pump is lling the mattress.
Negative (-) indicates the mattress
is deating. The “Autoll” button
will turn on the pump and inate
the mattress to maximum then shut
off. Fill or adjust only one side
of the mattress
at a time using
the Zone button. The “Memory”
button is used to personalize that
side of the mattress to a particular
setting.
Setting the Mattress
Lie on the bed in a normal
sleep position.
Press and release any
button to awaken the
remote. The screen will
indicate the current setting.
Press and release Autoll
to inate the mattress to
maximum or press the Up
or Down button once to
change mattress setting one
position. Repeat pressing
of Up or Down will change
the setting by multiple
values indicated on the
screen.
It is recommended to
initially adjust the mattress
to the middle setting for a
soft setting.
If desired, gradually
increase settings until the
desired setting is obtained.
Remain still until the
system completes the
adjustment.
When adjustment is
complete, the remote will
stay lit for a period then the
display will turn off.
The ideal mattress setting
may take 1-3 nights to
determine. Adjustment
settings incrementally until
the desired until the ideal
setting is obtained.
Once the ideal setting
is obtained, press the
Memory button to program
the setting to memory for
each zone.
CAUTION:
To prevent damage to the
remote controls, ensure
the remote controls are
placed in wall-mounted
holders before extending
or retracting the slideout.
Broken or damaged
remote controls are not
warrantable.
Mountain Traveling:
If traveling into a mountainous
region, partially or fully deate
the mattress to prevent over-
pressurization of the mattress.
Mattress Care:
The cover may be
spot cleaned with
carbonated water or
mild detergent. Do
not dry clean the
mattress cover or
put it in a washing
machine.
