• Once logged in, the following Site Map page is loaded.
The Site Map page is divided into 2 sections: the left hand navigation menu and page content
on the right side for the various sections. Select the desired page from either the navigation
menu or the site map.
For illustration purposes, the following screens in this section do not show the left navigation menu.
