Installing the floor insulation
 Locate the floor insulation
assembly into the U-profiles in the
base of the boiler and slide in fully
Installing the cleaning lever for the heat-exchanger system
On the same side as the brass
bushing:
 Remove the pre-punched
perforation from the insulating side
panel
 File rough edges using a half-round
file and remove burrs
 Place the plastic trim ring on the
cleaning lever.
 Position the cleaning lever
 Fit the spacer tube (1) and the
heat-exchanger bracket (2)
 Slide the cleaning lever fully into
position and secure using clamping
