4.6.5 Assembling the ash transfer box on the P4 Pellet
❒ Remove the insulating cover
❒
Remove the two screws and contact washers from the flaps of the controller cover
➥ Caution: do not lose the contact washers!
❒ Remove the screws and contact washers on the bottom of the controller cover
❒ Remove the controller cover
❒
Remove the bolts and insulated doors
❒ Open both ash doors
❒
Loosen the retainer plates on the upper hinge pins on both doors
➥ to do so, we recommend using two screwdrivers
❒ Remove both upper hinge pins
❒ Insert 1 spacer washer between the hinge and each door
❒ Reinsert both hinge pins and fix in place using the retainer plates
❒ Reassemble the controller cover and replace the insulating cover
