Login Information Field
Tap this field in the upper left corner of the touch screen to display the User ID entry screen.
The authenticated user is displayed after login.
To log out of the authentication status, tap the authentication information display area.
[Reset]
Resets all the active Apps settings.
[Interrupt]
Select this feature to suspend a continuous copy or print job currently being processed to
have the device preferentially execute another job.
Tap [Cancel Interrupt] to resume the suspended job.
[Customize] or [Personalize]
This button allows you to display or hide the apps and change the display position of them
on the Home screen.

Apps
This section describes the apps displayed on the Home screen.
[Copy]
Tap this button to operate the Copy service.
For more information, refer to "Copy" (P.125).
[Fax]
Tap this button to operate the Fax communication over a telephone line.
For more information, refer to "Fax" (P.139).
[Internet Fax]
Tap this button to operate the Internet Fax service.
For more information, refer to "Internet Fax" (P.146).
[Email]
You can scan documents and send the scanned data as an Email attachment.
