Make sure that the machine is not
in operation before opening the
front cover.

Hold the bottom of the toner
cartridge and slide it out of the
machine.

Hold the toner cartridge by its
handle and pull it out slowly.
Important • Pull out the toner cartridge gently. Otherwise, toner may fly out of the cartridge.
• Return used toner cartridges to our Customer Support Center.

Remove the new toner cartridge out of the box and shake it from side to side before
removing it out of the bag.

Hold the toner cartridge by its
handle and slide it into the machine
until it comes to a stop.
Note • Be sure to insert the toner
cartridge into the machine
until it clicks into place.

Close the front cover.
Note • A message will be displayed and the machine will not operate if the front cover is not
completely closed.
WARNING
Never throw a toner cartridge into
an open flame. Remaining toner
in the cartridge may catch fire
and cause burn injuries or
explosion.
If you have a used toner cartridge
no longer needed, contact your
local Fuji Xerox representative
for its disposal.
