Troubleshooting and tips
Refer to the safety not es in the "Safety/regulations" manual and in the "Getting
start ed", Page 12 chapter when connecting or discon nect ing cables.
If a fault oc curs, try to c
orrect it as described in the following documentation:

• in the documentation for the connected devices
• in the help systems of th
esoftwareused
• in the documentation for your opera ting system
Help if problems occur
Should you e ncount
er a problem with your compu ter that you cannot resolve yourself:
► N ote the ID number
of yo ur device. T he ID number is found on the type rating
plate on the back o
r underside of the casing.
► For further clarification of the problem, contact the Help Desk for your country (see the Help
Desk list or visit the In ternet at "
http://ts.fujitsu.com/suppor t/servicedesk.html"). When you
do this, please have ready th e ID number and serial number of your system.

Power-on indicator remains unlit after you have
switched on your device
Cause
Troubleshooting
The mains voltage supply is faulty. ► Check wh ether the power cable is plugged
properly into the device and a grounded
mains outlet.
► Switch the device on.
Internal power supply overloaded.
► Pull the
power plug of the device o ut of the
mains ou
tlet.
► Wait for a moment.
► Plug th
e power plug into a properly grounded
mains
outlet again.
► Switch the device on.
