When Controlling by the Power Switch
This section explains how to use the Power switch to turn off the ETERNUS DX.
1 Press and hold the Power switch of the controller enclosure for four seconds or more.
The READY LED ( ) is turned off.
• After power-off, wait for about one minute before turning power on again.
• If the Power switch is pressed again between the time of the READY LED (
) turning off and the
POWER LED (
) turning off, the ETERNUS DX power may turn on.
2 The ETERNUS DX power is turned off.
The POWER LED ( ) is turned off.

When a Power Synchronized Unit is Used
If the server is turned off, the ETERNUS DX is also turned off.
