Indicator Description
Battery charging indicator
• The indicator lights up green: The mains adapter is connected and the installed
battery or batteries are already fully charged, or no battery is installed.
• The indicator lights up orange: The mains adapter is connected and the
installed battery or batteries are being charged.
•Theindicatorflashes orange: The mains ada pter is connected and the installed
battery or batteries cann ot be charged (the battery is too hot for charging).
• The indicator is not illuminated: The mains adapter is not connected.
First b att ery indicator
• The indicator lights up green: The first battery is charged to between 51% and
100% of maximum capacity.
• The indicator slowly flashes green (1 seco nd o n/5 seconds off): The notebo ok
is in suspend mode and powe r is being supplied by the first battery. The first
battery is charged to bet ween 51% an d 100% of maximum capacity.
• The indicato r lights up orange: The mains adapter is connected and the first
battery is being charged. The first battery is charged to between 13% and
50% of ma ximum capacity.
• The indicator slowly flashes orange (1 second on/5 seconds off): The note book
is in suspend mode and powe r is being supplied by the first battery. The first
battery is charged to between 13% and 50% of maximum capacity.
• The indicator flashes orange (for four seconds a fter installing the battery): The
battery charge level is being checke d.
• The indicator lights up red: The m ains adapter is connected and the first
battery is being c harged. The first battery is charged to between 0% and 12%
of maximum capacity.
• The indicator slowly flashes red (1 second on/5 seconds off): The notebook
is in suspend mode and powe r is being supplied by the first battery. The first
battery is charged to between 0% and 12% o f maximum capacity.
• The indicator flashes red (1 second on/1 s econd off). Malfunction.
• The indicator is n ot illuminated: The first battery is not installed or is n ot charged.
