Indicator Description
Second battery indicator
• The indicator lights up green: T he s econd battery is charged to betwe en 51%
and 100% of its c apacity.
• The indicator slowly flashes green (1 second on/5 seconds o ff): The notebook
is in suspend mode and power is being supplied by the seco nd battery. T he
second battery is charged to betw een 51% and 100% of its c apacity.
• The indicator lights up orange: The mains adapt er is connected and the second
battery is being charge d. The second battery is charged to b etween 13% and
50% of its capacity.
• The indicator slowly flashes orange (1 s econd on/5 secon ds off): The notebook
is in suspend mode and power is being supplied by the seco nd battery. T he
second battery is charged to between 13% and 50% of its capacity.
• The indicator flashes orange (for four seconds after installing the battery): The
battery charge level is being checked.
• The indicator lights up r ed: The mains ad apter is connected and the second
battery is being c harged. The second batte ry is charged to between 0% and
12% of its capacity.
• The indicator slowly flashes red (1 second on/5 seconds off): The notebook
is in suspend mode and power is being supplied by the seco nd battery. T he
second battery is charged to between 0% an d 12% of its capacity.
• The indicator flashes red (1 second on/1 second off). Malfunction.
• The indicator is not illuminated: The second battery is not installed or is not
charged.

upper right of the keys.
