I For the PRIMERGY RX300 S2 the SCSI backplane is separated into two
parts. The 1st SCSI backplane can stay installed for both configurations.
For upgrading you must change the second SCSI backplane. Die 1-
channel backplane must be exchanged for a 2-channel SCSI backplane
(which is the same as the SCSI backplane installed in the first SCSI
backplane holder yet) and the SCSI cabling must be exchanged.
