1. Adjust the screw and lock collar so the head
of the screw slides in between the lock collar.
2. Slide the shoulder spacer onto the screw
with the thinner side toward the head of the
bolt.
3. Next, place the washer, wheel spacer,
and plastic stop onto the encoder screw.
