Removal Instructions
The hook holder keeps the hook assembly in place. The following procedure should only be
attempted if determined necessary by a Grace Company support technician. If done incorrectly,
major machine problems can result.
Reinstalling the Hook Holder
Parts & Tools Needed:
Please speak to a Grace Company
support technician before
attempting these instructions.
Flat-head Screwdriver
T-handle Allen
Wrench 3 mm

Repairs and Diagnostics
1. Turn o the machine.
2. Rotate the hand wheel to raise the needle
to the highest point.

3. With the 3mm Allen wrench, remove the
hook holder screw that attaches the hook
holder to the machine.

4. Slide the hook holder (shown in blue) from
the hook assembly.
