Tools Required
Tools needed for complete gun repair:
• adjustable wrench
• flat head screwdriver (included)
• channel-lock pliers (2 pair)
• 5/16 hex nut driver (included)
• o-ring pick
• medium-strength Loctitep
• solvent or alcohol
Lubrication
Liberally lubricate all o-rings, seals, and threads with
Fusion Gun Lubr icant, 118665. Lubricate threads and
outside of lock ring (11).
Disassemble Front End
WARNING
Read warnings, page 5. Proper attachment of front
end is cr itical. Do not operate gun if front end is loose
or lock ring is not snug against handle.
1. Follow Pressure Relief Procedure, page 19.
2. Flush Gun, page 24.
3. Remove RAC tip (9), static mixer (40) and solvent
purge assembly (28).
4. Remove mix module nut (25), using a wrench.
Remove front seal (46).
