Symptom Verication item Solution
The horizontal line of 1st
registration mark could
not detect.
When the P&C is starting, did the tool
position move to the center of 1st
registration mark?
Did not the sensor position move to
the center of 1st registration mark?
Move the tool position to the center of
1st registration mark.
Do not move the sensor position to the
center of 1st registration mark.
Was the origin key pressed after the
tool position moved to the center of
1st registration mark?
Do not press the origin key after the
tool position was moved to the center of
1st registration mark when the P&C is
starting.
Was the ROLL 2 set to the rear of 1st
registration mark?
Set the ROLL 2 at least 6 mm front of 1st
registration, and the tool position must
be onto the media.
When the 1st registration mark was
scanned by auto scanning, was the
tool on black area?
Do not print any black object to the
scanning start area.
When the 1st registration mark was
scanned by auto scanning with the
ROLL 2, was the tool on white area
of media?
Set the ROLL 2 at front of 1st
registration, and the tool position must
be onto the white area of media.
The vertical line of 1st
registration mark could
not detect.
Was the right side push roller set to at
least 6 mm outside from the vertical
line of 1st registration mark?
Print the vertical line of 1st registration
mark that the right side push roller is
possible to put at least 6 mm outside
from vertical line of 1st registration mark.
When the media was loaded, were
the push roller positions detected?
Set the push roller detecting function to
“ENABLED”.
MENU --> ADV. --> page 4/4 --> 2 PUSH
ROLLER SENSOR --> 1 ENABLED
The horizontal line of
2nd registration mark
could not detect.
Was the sheet media loaded as the
ROLL 1 or ROLL 2?
The media came off from the grid
roller when the 2nd registration marks
are scanning, which does not have
enough margin from the registration
mark and rear edge of media.
Conrm the 2nd registration mark is
printing in the 6 mm inside from the
cutting area.
Load the media by the SHEET, and then
conrm the tool position is possible to
move to at least 6 mm outside from the
horizontal line of 2nd registration mark.
Print the 2nd registration mark at least
60 mm from the rear edge of media.
Was it printing the small size of
registration mark to the long media?
Print the big size of registration mark,
and load the media straightly.
Is there any black printing object near
the registration mark?
Don’t print any object around the
registration marks.
