7 DISASSEMBLY AND REASSEMBLY
How to reinstall the Y-motor
(1) Attach the Y-motor pulley to the Y-motor at the following position.

0.5 mm
(2)
Attach the Y-motor to the Y-motor bracket.
(3)
Hang the Y-drive belt on the Y-motor pulley and the Y-drive pulley.
(4) Tighten the two M3L4WP set screws that hold the Y-motor pulley.
(5) Spread a suitable quantity of Loctite 222 on the two M3L4WP set screws that hold the Y-motor pulley.
(6) Attach the temperature sensor board on the Y-motor
(7)
Perform the Y-drive belt tension adjustment (Refer to subsection 7.3.2.).
(8)
Reattach the other parts in the reverse order in which they were detached.
(9) Conrm the wiring for Y motor cables (Refer to subsection 7.4.).
