Replace blade. Check blade for proper bevel installation.
Stroke 1/8 before the blade in the home position.
Stroke 1/8 after the leading edge of the blade guide.
Over stroke with fingers. Check manual for proper
setting.

. Check water applicator pad for product
residue. Adjust control valve or timer.
Locate shuttle as close as possible to conveyor or
target. Distance should be less than half the product
size.
Stop machine. Check product and tube sizes for
proper fit.
Check transfer fingers for excess product build-
up,
clean, straighten, or replace.

Product leading edge must land within first three links
of the shuttle belt.
No less then 1/32 no more then 1/16 from trailing
edge of product holder to the blade (See Page 19).

manually. If not operating properly, replace.
