Improper Loading Of
Product
Dull Blade Or Worn
Blade Guide
Stop Machine. Check product and tube sizes for
proper fit.
Insure that product is within proper slicing range.
Replace worn part.
Improper Product Holder
Clearance
Proper clearance no less than 1/32 inch. no more
than 1/16 inch, always from the trailing edge of the
holder to the blade (See Page 19).
Excessive Stroke
Going more than 1/8 inch past the leading edge of
the blade guide. Opens the bottom of the tube and
promotes more
scrap. Adjust stroke length (See
Page 22
Thickness Tray
Not Level
Place straight edge from blade guide to thickness
tray and level side to side, front to back.
