Slice Gap Not Set
Correctly
Replace blade, if blade is new check to see if it has come in
contact with the clusters or pusher.
Reset slice gap according to chart in manual (See Page
26
).
Stroke Not Set
Correctly

Injected Blade Guide Machines) Refill water
reservoir. Check water applicator pad for product residue.
Adjust control valve or timer.
Set 1/8 inch before the blade in the home position. Stroke
1/8 inch after the leading edge of blade guide. Over stroke
with fingers. Check manual for proper setting.
Improper Loading Of
Product
Improper or Worn
Blade Guide
Stop machine. Check product and tube sizes for proper fit.
Use supplied gauge tools to check for wear. Replace blade
guide if required.
Blade Not Tracking
Correctly
Check blade and guide for product residue. Check water
reservoir and water applicator pad if provided. Retrack
according to manual (See Page 29).

Temperature
Check to see if product temperature is in the proper slicing
range
