Check blade and guide for product residue. Check water
reservoir and water applicator pad if provided. Retrack
according to manual (See Page 29).
Blade Dull
Are you in the proper temperature slicing range?
Replace blade.
Thickness Tray Not
Level From Front To
Back
Place a straight edge from blade guide to thickness tray
and reset thickness tray level from front to back at ground
zero.
Improper Product
Holder Clearance
No less then 1/32 no more then 1/16 from trailing edge of
product holder to the blade (See Page 19).
