Returns the test parameters & results of the tester
in either MANU or AUTO mode.
MANU mode: Returns the test parameters &
results of a MANU test.
AUTO mode: Returns the test parameters & results
of the selected step (1-50) of the AUTO test.
Return parameters: Function, Status, Test Value1,
Test Value2, Test Time.
