Queries the model number, serial number, and
firmware version of the tester.
Query Syntax

Return parameter

Returns the instrument identification as a
string in the following format:
>GPT-12004 ,GPT12000 ,V1.00
Model number : GPT-12004
Serial number :8 characters serial number
Firmware version : V1.00
