Description
Sets or returns the CONTACT CHK function on or off.
Note: An “Err” message will be shown on display if
the learned reference value is less than 30uA. An
“LEARNING < 30uA” message will be returned after
using the query command “SYSTem:ERRor ?” in
remote control.
