3. After pressing the START button,
the GPT-10000 unit will perform
the CONTACT CHK before
running a MANU test. If the
measured current is lower than the
reference value by user-defined
percentage, the “OPEN” status
appears on the screen. While the
measured current is higher than
the reference value by user-defined
percentage, the “SHORT” status
appears instead.
The CONTACT CHK will be invalid when reference
value is defined less than 30uA, even though
CONTACT CHK is turned ON. Refer to page 178
for details of reference value learning.
