Appendix 3 inlet valve unit installation
Some of the laboratories have no threaded tap. The fast connection can not be
used to connect to an external water supply pipe. The inlet valve components can be
optional alternative, which is installed in the middle of external pipe.
Inlet valve subassembly is usually installed on the outside of the tap, as shown
below.

Inlet valve subassembly includes a T-way and a ball valve. Installation steps are
as follows
Turn off the external tap water supply valve.
Remove the tap from water supply pipe.
Take T-way which with teflon seal one end links to external water supply pipes,
the second end to the tap and the third end to the ball valve with teflon seal.
Take the pre-filter connect to the ball valve.
Install other components in accordance with the manual
