06 ETS-LT CONTROL MODULE WIRING
ETS-LT CONTROL MODULE COMMUNICATIONS WIRING (OPTIONAL)
The ETS-LT Control Module can be connected to a network using either an internet (RINET), BACnet (IP or MSTP),
or ModBUS connection.
INTERNET (RINET) COMMUNICATIONS WIRING (OPTIONAL)
To connect the ETS-LT Control Module to the internet:
1 Run a CAT5 cable from the modem or router through a knockout located on the bottom
of the ETS-LT Control Module enclosure.
2 Connect the CAT5 cable to the Ethernet connector on the ETS-LT Control Module.
BACNET COMMUNICATIONS WIRING (OPTIONAL)
To connect the ETS-LT Control Module to a BACnet interface:
1 Run a CAT5 cable through a knockout located on the bottom of the ETS-LT Control
Module enclosure.
2 Connect the CAT5 cable to the Ethernet connector on the ETS-LT Control Module.
3 Run the BACnet connection wires through a knockout located on the bottom of the
ETS-LT Control Module enclosure.
4 Connect the positive (+) wire to terminal 30 on the ETS-LT Control Module.
5 Connect the ground wire to terminal 31 on the ETS-LT Control Module.
6 Connect the negative (–) wire to terminal 32 on the ETS-LT Control Module.
MODBUS COMMUNICATIONS WIRING (OPTIONAL)
To connect the ETS-LT Control Module to a ModBUS interface:
1 Run the ModBUS connection wires through a knockout located on the bottom of the
ETS-LT Control Module enclosure.
2 Connect the positive (+) wire to terminal 30 on the ETS-LT Control Module.
3 Connect the ground wire to terminal 31 on the ETS-LT Control Module.
4 Connect the negative (–) wire to terminal 32 on the ETS-LT Control Module.
COMPLETING THE ETS OPTIONAL FIELD WIRING
1 After all wiring to the ETS-LT Control Module is complete, replace the Enclosure wiring
cover and secure it in place with two screws.
2 Optionally secure the enclosure using a padlock with a maximum shank diameter of ⅛”.
