Chapter 6 CRANK CASE & CRANK SHAFT
Assembly of ACG
Install oil pump drive gear.
Install oil pump
Install new cover gasket.
Connect oil tubes and pump cable.
Notice:
Grease oil pump and drive gears before
covering the gasket.
Install generator bracket and coil.
Insert the ACG wire to R crank case.
Install flywheel and cooling fan.
Notice:
After install piston, cylinder and cylinder
head then install cylinder air shroud and
fan cover.
