Scope of warranty
Hero MotoCorp Ltd. ‘Hero MotoCorp (hereinafter called ) warrants its MAESTRO EDGE ’
vehicles, assembled/manufactured in its Plants and sold through its to be free channel partners,
from any defect both in material and workmanship, under normal use and conditions, subject to -
the following terms & conditions.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
a) MAESTRO EDGE vehicle is warranted for a period of , whichever 5 years or 50000 Km
is earlier, from the date of purchase.
c) If any is observed in MAESTRO EDGE vehicle, only problem Hero MotoCorp's
obligation liability is to repair or replace that part/those parts which is/are considered to be /
the cause of such provided however that such has not resulted due to problem, problem,
misuse/improper handling etc. of the vehicle. Any MAESTRO EDGE vehicle needing
repair should be brought along with Owner's Manual to authorised Hero MotoCorp's
workshop for necessary inspection and carrying rectification job.
b) It is advised that the purchaser avails all free and paid services from the Hero MotoCorp’s
authorized workshop as per the recommended schedule, to be eligible for warranty benefits.
Each paid service should be availed within 90 days from the date of previous service or as
per the recommended schedule, whichever is earlier.
