7. Without switching the wiring back to original positions, swap the handset
with a known good handset. Use the handset to activate the known good
function.
The HI/LO actuator fails to extend/retract when the known good function
is activated.

Switch the connections back to original, and then replace the
handset. Go to “Function Checks” on page 2-3.
8. Revert all connections (actuators, handset, and control box) to original
positions, then replace the control box.
The problem continues.
