Example: When the scaling function is OFF, the number of display digits is 7.5, and the output
format is set to the decimal period

+0001.0000E+00. In the event of the +OvrRng or −OvrRng display, the value will be ±9.9E+37,
and in the event of a measured value error, the value will be 9.91E+37.
