Procedure
Press the key.
[TC] is turned off and the instrument
exits temperature compensation mode.
• Resistance measured by the step voltage
test cannot be converted using
temperature compensation.
• In temperature compensation mode,
leakage current may be displayed by
pressing the key but it cannot be
corrected for.
