11.8 Scroll compressor
11.8.1 Reliable mechanism for low vibrating and low sound
1 The rotating direction is definite.
2 The pressure inside of the chamber is high pressure, and the surface temperature of the chamber is 60 °C to 110 °C.
11.8.2 Principle of compression
1. The gas is inhaled from the inlet port at the
outer frame of the fixed scroll.
2. The gas inside of the compression space is
compressed toward the center of the scroll.
3. The compression space is minimum at the
center of the scroll, and the gas compressed
at the maximum is discharged from the outlet
port of at the center of the scroll.
4. The above procedures (suction compression
discharge) is repeated continuously.
