8-6 Climate Controls
Windscreen demister

Press 5 (D) t o demist the
windscreen and side windows.
.
Air conditioning is sw itched on
automatically.
Air conditioning cannot be
switched off and recirculation
mode cannot be switched on.

5 appears on the display.
.
Press 5 (D) again to turn the
demister off.
Rear window demister
.
Press + (B) to turn the rear
demisteronoroff.
.
+ appears on the display.
.
The rear demister swi tches off
automatically.
Outside temperature
.
Press TEMP EXT (N) to display
the outside temperature on the
display bar (A).
Pressing TEMP EXT does not
stop the system operating
automatically.
.
Press TEMP EXT (N) again t o
return to the normal display.
Off
.
Press } (H)toswitchthe
system off.
.
Press any button to switch it
back on.
.
When the system is off, the rear
window demister can still be
switched on.
Adjust display bar size

To minimise, touch to the right of
L within the display bar (A).
Temperature and zone remain.

To maximise, touch to the right
of
t within the display bar (A).
Regular operation
Automatic
It is not necessary to set a cooler or
hotter temperature than required to
ensure fast cooling or heating.
Leave the system in automatic
operation to:
.
Turn the air conditioning on
and off.
.
Vary the temperature of the air
entering the cabin.
.
Switch between recirculate or
fresh air.
.
Vary the fan speed.
.
Alter vent selection.
Starting
1. When cold, the system starts in
/ mode with the fan off.
2. Warm air is then directed to the
floor outlets.
3. Air is directed through selected
vents.
4. Adjust vents manually.
