Web pages and other documents
Station can display Web pages and ActiveX documents, such as Microsoft Word and
Microsoft Excel. You should therefore consider making operating instructions and other
useful information available to users.
Station ensures that users can still monitor alarms while viewing such documents, and
provides security features that allow you to restrict access to specified documents and Web
sites.
Displays with linked documents
You can also include links to Web pages and ActiveX documents in custom displays, as
shown in the following example. If you subsequently update the document, the display is
automatically updated because it includes a link to the document.
