If your system has redundant third-party OPC servers, Experion Redirection Manager (RDM)
should also be installed and used. RDM is the only way to provide redundancy with the
Experion OPC Server.

Attention:
It is preferable for the third-party OPC servers to run in a dual active mode rather
than an active-passive mode.
Experion OPC Historical Data Access Server
The Experion OPC Historical Data Access Server (HDA) gives an OPC client access to
Experion point parameter history. It is compliant with the OPC Historical Data Access
Specification.
