‘user-friendly’ manner. You might, for example, consider:

Basing the names on existing documentation, such as schematics and wiring diagrams,
so that users can easily switch between documents and displays.

Using the same prefix for related points, so that users can easily find related points.

Starting each part of a name with a capital, to improve readability. For example:
