DUTycycle
command/query
The :MEASURE:DUTYCYCLE
command
places
the
instrument
in
the
continuous
measurement
mode
and
starts
the
Dutycycle
measurement.
The
DUTYCYCLE
query measures
and
outputs
the
duty cycle
of
the
signal specified
by the
SOURCE
command.
The
signal
must
be
displayed
for
the
measurement
to
be
made.
The
value
returned
for
duty
cycle
is
the
ratio
of
the
positive pulse width
to
period.
The
positive
pulse width
and
the
period
of
the
specified
signal
are
measured,
then
the
duty
cycle
is
calculated.
The
duty cycle
is
calculated
with
the
following
formula:
