Numeric
Variables If
you
do
not need
to
see
the
headers when
a
numeric
value
is
returned
from
the
instrument,
then
you can
use
a
numeric
variable. When
you
are
receiving
numeric
data
into
a
numeric
variable,
turn
the
headers
off.
Note
When
you
are
receiving
numeric
data into
numeric variables,
the
headers
should be
turned
off. Otherwise the
headers
may
cause
misinterpretation
of
returned
data.
The
following
example
shows
the
data
being
returned
to
a
numeric
variable.
