The :MEASURE:FREQUENCY
command
places
the
instrument
in the
continuous
measurement
mode
and
starts
a
Frequency
measurement.
The
FREQUENCY
query
measures
and
outputs
the
frequency
of
the first
complete cycle
on screen
using
the 50%
levels
when
Standard
measurements
are
selected and
the
mid threshold
value
when
User
Defined
measurements
are
selected.
The
algorithm
is:
if
first
edge
on screen
is
rising
then
frequency
=
l/(time
at
second
rising
edge
time
at
First
rising
edge)
else
frequency
=
l/(time at second
falling
edge
time
at
first
falling
edge)
