places
the

measurement
mode and
starts
the
Pwidth
measurement.
The
PWIDTH
query measures
and
outputs
the width
of the
first
displayed
positive
pulse.
Pulse
width

measured
at
the
50% voltage
level with
Standard
measurements
selected
and
at the
mid
level
threshold
value
with
User-Defined
measurements
selected.
The

this
measurement
