command/query
The
:MEASURE:NWIDTH
command
places the
instrument
in the
continuous
measurement
mode and starts
a
NWIDTH
measurement.
The
NWIDTH
query
measures
and
outputs
the
width
of the
first
negative
pulse
on
screen
using
the
50%
levels with
Standard
measurements
selected.
If
User
Defined
measurements
are
selected,
then
the
measurement
is
made
at
the
mid
threshold
value.
The
algorithm
is:
if
the
first
edge
on
screen
is
rising
then
width
=
(time at second rising
edge
time at
First falling
edge)
else
width
=
(time
at
First
rising
edge
-
time
at
first
falling
edge)
